How Often Should I Use Hand Sanitizer?
The CDC recommends washing your hands with soap and water thoroughly for 20 seconds or more is the best way to minimize germs. If you do not have immediate access to wash your hands, sanitizers are a great alternative to removing bacteria, germs, and viruses. After you've touched any public object (door handles, handrails, elevator buttons, etc.), or if you've touched your face, sneezed or coughed in your hands, or have touched anyone else, face, hands, personal objects, etc.
How Much Hand Sanitizer Do I Need?
Generally, an 8oz. Bottle will last an adult about 1 month of regular use

If your daily schedule requires you to be in public, either for personal or business needs, you should carry a travel sized hand sanitizer with you at all times, applying after any and all physical interaction of anything and anyone. Keeping a bottle in your car(s) - or a few for any passengers to use, a bottle readily available at your place of work. If you remain isolated/quarantined at home, you probably will be washing your hands more often than not, but it would be a good idea to keep a few bottles around the house (kitchen, office, living room, restrooms, etc.)
